Not sure what’s happening but I can’t access the “Jump to volume” Spotify tile when in 12 button mode on my iPad mini. The app crashes when I touch it. Is there a way to reset all functions?

Wow, this thing has been a total disappointment from the jump. I can’t believe I paid money for this piece of junk. Battery is almost dead despite barely using it. Software doesn’t work. No support for 22 days with 37 views. Obviously people are interested in this issue.
HERE’S MY SOLUTION
I had to completely uninstall and reinstall the app on my iPad. That’s the only way to wipe out all the settings.

I’m sorry this thread got dropped but in my defense I fixed all the big bugs in the 6 months since this shipped. This is the first I’ve heard of this bug so I took my time getting back to it. Anyway, glad to know that fixed it but I wish I knew what the issue was.
This does give me an idea to add a way to import your settings/preferences into my debugging console so i can verify what’s going on. If this happens to another user I may just implement this idea.
