Thatâs strange! I havenât heard of this issue before. Glad you caught it in a screenshot. Does it flash above the popover or does it start below? I have no idea whatâs causing this. Does closing the menu and re-opening it fix the bug?

I think I figured it out. This problem occurs only when I click the icons/buttons using Synergy (a client/server software used to control multiple computers using a single mouse/keyboard).
I suppose this âbugâ is more from Synergy 
Oh I used to use Synergy way back in the day. It was great. Does the menu still work when itâs behind?

Yes, hopefully, it does work 
And if I insist well by clicking multiple times on the buttons, eventually, it finally appear on the foreground
