I have 2 devices which I cant pair not to my imac, iphone, ipad, macbook pro, and macbook air ,tried to replace batteries but noth device are just dxaead!
Please advise!
Hi Adi, what is probably happening with so many devices is that the remote is pairing to one of them but not the one you’re currently looking at. Ensure that the Turn Touch app is only running on one device and try pairing with that. The way to tell is to hit all four buttons and have the remote pair with whatever device has it. Then hit buttons until you see one of your iOS/macOS devices responding. Especially if you’ve changed the battery, those boards should be working fine and were tested before going out.
