Controling a Sonos Connect Device

Hi,

I bought Turn Touch for my family to control Sonos Connect remotely when I am not around (so they do not have to use an app).

The initial set-up and pairing worked ok but the device seems to only works through my IPhone which seems to completely defeat the purpose (what if my Iphone is in another room or if I am away).

Is there any way to control a Sonos Connect directly? (and not depend on an app on a third-party device)

You’ll have to use it through your phone, iPad, or iMac. That’s the way it’s built and also why you don’t have to ever charge the remote and just change the battery once a year.
