Brand new won’t connect

Brand new device. Won’t connect to iPad or iPhone.

I tried replacing the battery… turning Bluetooth on and off from settings. Nothing… Disappointed.

I ultimately want to use this with forScore if that matters.

Does it work with the Turn Touch app? I don’t know what’s going on with forScore but the TT app should see it.

If you’re interested in debugging this, download the nRF Connect app: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/nrf-connect-for-mobile/id1054362403

That will let you see raw Bluetooth devices. See if the Turn Touch Remote shows up in the list.

It doesn’t show up in nRF connect app ( or touch tune app )
